Founded in 2006, from the beginning VF Plas adopted a strategy of innovation and product development in the area of thermoplastics.
For such, has on its team polymer engineers who, in collaboration with customer teams, develop and industrialize the products that customers need.
Today, at your 5.000 m2 facilities, built from scratch for the company, It has 8 processing lines for these materials, distributed between the Extrusion and Injection sections.
Taking advantage of the vast know-how of its teams and the equipment it owns, VF Plas transforms a wide range of thermoplastics, highlighted PS (Polystyrene), PP (Polypropylene), PE (Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE) or High Density polyethylene (PEHD)) e ABS (Acrylonitrile, Butadiene, Styrene).

The company is organized on the basis of the ISO Quality Management System 9001.
Thanks to this organization, it is guaranteed that the products are produced with the most optimized processes and under the strictest control without, losing the necessary agility and speed in responding to the requests of our customers.

The engineering team is always available for the customers to collaborate in the development of new products and / or production processes.
For any of the processed thermoplastics, it is possible to adjust the color of the product to the color that the customer wants. For such, the customer will only have to inform us which Pantone or Ral reference that has to be achieved / or send a physical sample of the desired color.
Customers can always count on our the development team to select the most appropriate materials for the composition of their products in order to obtain the defined specifications and optimize their performance at the lowest cost..
